I'd love to take on the plumbing work for your kitchen remodel. Here's what I'm proposing:

**Scope of Work:**
• Complete rough-in for new sink location
• Dishwasher line relocation  
• Pot filler installation above range
• Gas line connection for range
• Final fixture installation and testing

**Timeline:** I can start next Monday and complete within 10 business days.

**Materials:** I'll use Kohler fixtures unless you have a different preference. Material costs are included in my bid.

**Insurance:** Full workers comp and liability coverage. Happy to provide certificates.
